Are you an organised, energetic multitasker with a passion for delivering great advertising and marketing outcomes? We’re looking for an Advertising Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting national campaigns, media activity, and retail promotions.
This is a full-time position located in our Manukau Head Office.
About this role:
In this busy, fast‑paced role, you’ll be the go‑to person for coordinating advertising materials, ensuring deadlines are met, and keeping campaigns running smoothly from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proof-read marketing collateral; adhere to and uphold brand guidelines, company & legal compliance
- Coordinate media bookings and production requirements for assigned campaigns
- Check campaign details and costs
- Communicate deadlines to internal stakeholders and follow up to ensure timely delivery of advertising assets
- Liaise with media representatives and production agencies
- Check and code advertising invoices, submit them for approval, and ensure timely processing with Accounts Payable
- Assist with marketing projects and general administration tasks
About you:
- Strong administrative skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to see the big picture and think outside the box when required
