Harvey Norman is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join our Support Office! This role will support the development and administration of digital learning solutions across the business and will report to the Learning Manager. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is comfortable designing eLearning content and providing system and reporting support in a busy, operational environment.

Located at our Head Office in Manukau, this role is 9-month fixed term, full time position working Monday to Friday with free car parking available.

The role

You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of digital learning content, as well as supporting learning system administration and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and building eLearning modules using Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline
  • Developing storyboards, scripts, assessments, and learner resources
  • Updating and maintaining existing eLearning content
  • Supporting learning system administration, including course set-up and user management
  • Producing learning and completion reports for the Learning Manager
  • Ensuring learning content meets agreed quality, branding, and accessibility standards
  • Working with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into practical learning solutions

About you

You are an experienced Learning Designer who can work independently, manage priorities and deliver to deadlines.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in Learning Design or Instructional Design
  • Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline
  • Experience supporting learning systems or LMS administration and reporting
  • Clear, concise written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in a large organisation or supporting system or process change will be an advantage.
