About the Role

As a Dropship Coordinator, you will work within our fast-growing dropship marketplace team. You will be maintaining and loading new productions online, ensuring that all orders are invoiced correctly, that suppliers meet their delivery KPIs, and that customer issues are resolved quickly. You will work with an experienced coordinator and have many opportunities to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and maintaining product data.
• Raising invoices and ensuring that the post-purchase experience is smooth for our customers.
• Assisting in promotional planning.
• Problem-solving and improving processes to ensure dropship is run efficiently.

About You

We are looking for a proactive individual who is comfortable working with product data and completing admin tasks in a fast-paced environment. While previous retail experience is an advantage, we value a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
