Combine your customer service and organisational skills in this Operations Assistant position in our Christchurch store! This full-time role assists in the stock movement and customer aftercare of the Bedding department, so we are looking for a competent and reliable person to join our team.

About the Role

This role assists with general stock related tasks and customer service queries, providing a positive experience for all customers. Training will be provided on our systems to ensure you are fully supported when you start with us.

Some key tasks will include:

• Undertake branch transfers and organise deliveries of stock to customers .
• Attend to customer concerns, queries, and coordinate repairs.
• Undertake sales when required.
• Attend to Customer debtors and expenses
• Process sales transactions accurately including cash, credit and finance.

About You

We are looking for an organised retail professional who is able to work autonomously and in a team.

Some attributes we are looking for include:

• Proven Customer Service experience.
• Quick learner, organised with administrative and accurate numeracy skills.
• Enthusiastic, positive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with ability to learn new systems.
• Capable of multi-tasking, hardworking, self-motivated and solution oriented
• Have high attention to detail and accuracy
