Harvey Norman is looking for a highly organised and detail-driven analyst to join our Group Operations Projects team in a project role that blends reconciliation, system management and advanced data handling.

This is a 7-month fixed-term, full-time role, located in our Manukau Support Office!

About the Role

This role will be responsible for performing a reconciliation between data in our SAP and POS systems to identify gaps. The focus is on making sure everything reconciles accurately across several platforms, while helping improve the process and how we work with this data. It’s a hands-on role for someone who is great with numbers, loves solving problems and enjoys creating order out of complexity.

Some key tasks will include:

• Perform complex reconciliations across multiple systems including POS and SAP
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across platforms
• Utilise SAP BI and other tools to extract, analyse and report data
• Assist in the creation and optimisation of systems to support operational needs

About You

You are a reliable and independent professional with a strong analytical mindset, able to manage multiple priorities effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems with data.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Advance MS Excel skills
• Strong background in accounting, finance or administrative support
• Proven experience working with multiple systems (POS, SAP BI tools)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and record keeping
• Experience in systems creation or enhancement is a strong advantage
• Highly organised and efficient with the ability to manage competing priorities
