This is a Full Time position in our Wairau Park Store
In this role you will:
- Analyse project briefs, plans, and client requirements to determine appropriate kitchen and bathroom product solutions.
- Specify detailed plumbing, fixtures, and fittings for tender submissions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, technical requirements, and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate quoting based on specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and clarification on product selection.
- Act as a subject matter expert for plumbing products
The skills and experience you'll need to bring with you include:
- A strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom plumbing products and systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft office with good Excel skills.
- Customer service champion with very strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly.
- Persistent with a high level of work ethic and professionalism.
- Professional demeanour, good sense of humour, down to earth, approachable and work well as part of a team.
- Training or Coaching experience (desirable but not required)
