About the Role: 

This is a leadership-focused sales role where you’ll take ownership of the Linen department, ensuring strong sales results, high presentation standards, and an exceptional customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Linen department. 
• Drive sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. 
• Train and develop team members across the linen product range. 
• Build strong product knowledge to recommend tailored solutions. 
• Assist with merchandising, stock management and operational tasks. 
• Work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays. 

About You: 

We are looking for a motivated sales leader who thrives on achieving results, developing others, and delivering outstanding customer service. 

Attributes we are looking for include: 

• Proven retail or sales experience, ideally in a leadership or senior role.
• Ability to coach, train, and support team members. 
• Creative flair with an eye for visual merchandising and displays. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Good numerical skills and confidence working with pricing and deals. 
• Physically capable of assisting with stock and occasional lifting.
