About the Role

The Harvey Norman Online Market Place Team is seeking a motivated Online Promotions Coordinator to join their team located in Homebush West.

The Online Promotions Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient and accurate information for all promotions and pricing across the 3 major retail websites. This also involves problem solving and providing solutions to improve existing processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure weekly promotions are executed correctly and smoothly across 3 major retail websites – Harvey Norman, Joyce Mayne and Domayne
  • Managing all price changes for individual products in the system and ensure changes are accurate using SAP information
  • Strategically merchandise existing products in all 3 major retail websites consistently in line with promotional offers or brand requirements
  • Manage catalogue releases and replicate the promotions and offers online
  • Actively updating marketing banners and homepage products on the website based on promotions live online
  • Maintaining and improving shopping cart rules and interest free offers
  • Communicating with Product Managers and Coordinators from various departments to collect information for upcoming promotional events

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to remain adaptable to changing processes within the role
  • High level of accuracy with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise workload
  • An understanding and experience in retail desirable although no mandatory
