The administration department provides vital support services to our retail stores, including invoice and cashbook processing, stock control and reconciliation, overseeing building and facilities maintenance, and maintaining key internal controls. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and manage the Administration team; ensure that business processes and procedures are adhered to within the store; and consistently achieve results by key deadlines.

In this role you will:
- Build, develop, lead, and be responsible for a successful Administration team
- Provide administration support and management services to the Proprietors, Managers, and team members in store
- Oversee key administration functions including accounts payable, reconciliations, internal controls, and facility management
- Complete month end reporting
- Develop relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and act as the point of contact for the Store
- Operate as a trusted advisor to senior management and deal with a variety of audiences of differing levels of expertise in a fast-moving environment.

- Proven Administration management experience
- An intuitive ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members
- Advanced time management and organisational skills
- A strong understanding of reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounting practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, resourcefulness, and independence
