About the Role

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the performance of our website by creating and optimizing content to meet conversion targets. You will be working closely with a collaborative eCommerce team, ensuring we deliver the best possible customer experience through engaging and effective digital content.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing digital content for the Harvey Norman website.
• Optimizing content to increase website performance and conversion rates.
• Analyzing data and utilizing insights to improve existing content and create new, impactful content.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and customer needs.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical individual who can combine excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of eCommerce and data analysis.

• Proven experience creating digital content for a retailer or similar organization.
• Strong experience in using data and analytics to inform content decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working in large organizations and managing relationships across various teams.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
