Harvey Norman People Operations team has a fantastic opportunity for an up-and-coming Human Resources Professional! Located at our Head Office in Manukau, this is a 6 month fixed-term, full time role working Monday to Friday.
We are on the hunt for a Human Resources Administrator with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills

Some of the key tasks you will be doing include:
- HR Support & Administration: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries via email and phone. Manage employee lifecycle changes, including long service leave and employment variations, while maintaining accurate HR systems and records.
- Reporting & Coordination: Prepare accurate and timely HR reports (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc) and collaborate with Payroll and other stakeholders as needed.
- Work with the Recruitment Advisor to ensure a smooth hiring process, supporting hiring managers and delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Manage job postings, candidate follow-ups, and advert closures.
- Provide basic system support, including troubleshooting and password resets.

- Organisation skills, you will have many tasks to juggle and prioritize

- Ability to talk to people from all walks of life as you will be working with everyone from frontline Team Members to Store Managers and General Managers.
